This website is operated by Legacy Matters Advisory Inc. (“Legacy Matters”, “we”, “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms cover the website only. Any engagement with Legacy Matters is governed by a separate written agreement.

Everything on this website, including articles, tools, checklists, scores, and examples, is general information. It is not tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any business or security. Legacy Matters Advisory Inc. does not provide tax, legal, or investment advice. Speak with qualified advisors about your own situation before acting.

Examples and scorecards are illustrative and do not describe any client unless we say so. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

No client relationship

Using this website, booking a conversation, or sending us information does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement. Please do not send confidential information until we have signed a confidentiality agreement.

Our content

The text, frameworks (including the Legacy Readiness Score, the Legacy Exit Preparation Framework, and the Flight Path), graphics, and design of this website belong to Legacy Matters or its licensors. You may read, share links to, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy, republish, or sell our content, or use our frameworks or materials commercially, without our written permission.

Tools and downloads

Tools such as the Pre-Flight Kit are provided for your own use in your own business. They are provided as is, without any warranty that they are complete or suitable for a particular purpose.
