Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by Ontario’s accessibility rules.
What we have done
- Text and controls meet AA colour contrast, and body text is sized for comfortable reading.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus and a skip-to-content link.
- Pages use proper headings and landmarks, and graphics have text descriptions.
- Animations switch off when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Forms have visible labels and clear error messages.
Known limits
The booking calendar is provided by HubSpot, a third party, and its accessibility is outside our control. If it gets in your way, call or email and we will book a time with you directly.
